Chair Yoga classes 9:30 am and a Mixed Abilities classes 7:30pm starting on 19 Aug.
The theme throughout this course is compassion and practicing with beginners mind. Learn how to explore and enjoy asana, pranayama as well as a brief meditation and relaxation.
