After I short break I look forward to seeing you at Molesey Centre on Mondays 7:15pm for a new 8 weeks course starting on 15th April end 24th June (excluding Mondays BH). This course is aimed at strengthening the core, increasing flexibility and the building of an overall strength and stamina. We will be practicing breathing techniques (Pranayama) and finishing each class with a guided relaxation.
You have the option to book and pay for the course in advance, in which case you pay for 7 classes only, or pay as you go £10 per class.
All other classes, chair yoga classes, resume as normal too.
