This new course consists of 7 classes starting from 2 Sep and ending 14 October. Monday class is a mixed ability and suitable for beginners, you don’t have to have a previous experience,
The aim of the balanced routine between the asana and the chakras throughout the course is to help us feel grounded, increase our energy, rejuvenate our body and increase concentration and creativity.
Also, I will be introducing some of the breathing techniques (pranayama), a specific physical postures (asana) to help activate our chakras, guided relaxation and introducing short meditation sessions.
