Hi Najah
A year ago before I started yoga and exercise I struggled to even get into Kingston to visit a couple of shops.
I wanted to tell you that last Tuesday I walked up to Hampton court and looked at the exhibition, went round the back to see the fountain and walked home, so I have ditched the scooter.
I have been up to the museums and am able to go shopping in Kingston. I have now lost over two stones, med for heart is helping too.
So looking forward to lots of exploring and meeting friends this year. Thanks

I find Najah’s classes very relaxing and of great benefit to me. I would recommend people to try them.

Highly recommend Najah’s yoga classes. As a complete beginner I find it a calm relaxing experience. The gentle chair yoga physical exercises very helpful for strength and fitness.

“I started Yoga with Najah following back pain, and surprised myself at how much it helped and how much I look forward to the class. Its a very relaxing session, and after I sleep like a baby. As for the 2 hour workshop WOW!!!”
“I want to let you know how enjoyable the workshop was, and how the 2 hours just flew by.
I like the fact that you are able to check that we are in the correct position or if not you correct us. There is nothing worse than doing an activity but you are not getting the benefit because your positioning and movements are incorrect”.
“I have never been one to commit to exercise classes as they tend to bore me and I have to say I was sceptical about attending this yoga class.
However I joined ‘Yoga with Najah’ and it was the best decision I ever made. I have been attending now on a weekly basis for several months and it has truly changed my life. Health wise- my asthma and breathing are so much better, as I have learned to control and understand my breathing . My joints no longer ache and I am a much calmer and more relaxed person but most of all I sleep so much better.
I definitely recommend this teacher as she is patient, calming and most of all understands the needs of each individual in her class”
